The $100 isnt really that bad if you were able to get in on the open enrollment. I just got in on the open enrollment for the TEP and now all I have to pay is $100 plus one month of the plan at $7. I wasnt planning that but my Touch is about to go out. I am losing charging power and my screen is almost gone. Is the Diamond worth it you think? Or should I just use my $75 upgrade to get another phone?
