Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program
I'm not seeing anything that says premier or loyalty. My account is a shared account that's over $100. I'm on my account page, where do I go or what URL do I type in to get this information?

Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program
There's a yellow banner right above your phone models. There's a picture of some guy squinting, like he's been bogarting the pipe and a large "S/P" in the center of the pic. You can't miss it if it's there.

Nope, just says my account number, no yellow banner at all. Guess the whole "shared plans of $100 or more" was a lie. Oh well.

Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program
I think they said you have to have it for several months. I'm not sure. I just noticed it on my login a few months ago. I've had at least 2 lines on the same account for nearly 6 years and NEVER had a plan less than $150 total. I'd share mine with you, but then I would get your new phone and you would just get the bill.

Guess I'll just wait six months. What are the details of the plan? When are you able to upgrade now?

Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program
I'm not 100% sure. I think they give you the 2-year discount a little earlier. I checked for my Mogul and I have zero discount. I bought it last summer and had it replaced twice in the last 2 months, so maybe they restarted my time.

Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program
Funny you say this Ive been with Sprint for 10+ years and have a 69.99 plan and no notification. So I call them up and they say that I am in the loyalty program and one of the "perks" is getting discounts on handsets after a certain time period. They couldnt explain to me why it was not showing up on my account when I was loggin in. So................to sum it up this is why Sprint will never be on Verizon's level because they dont take care of their customers!!!!!!!! To me this is just a perfect example of how to depreciate your customers who take care of you the most!!!!!!!!

Premire Customers get special perks!
Sprint Premier is a new customer-loyalty program that rewards Sprint’s bigger-spenders and long-time subscribers. Customers with 10-years of Sprint-loyalty tucked under their belt can expect to be in enrolled in the Sprint Premier program. More interestingly, customers with just three months of service on a Sprint wireless plan of at least $69.99 on a single line, or $99.99 on a shared line, will be enrolled in the Sprint Premier program. Three months of service on a higher-cost rate plan is apparently worth as much to Sprint as 10 whole years of customer loyalty - perhaps big-money subscribers are more important to Sprint than decade-loyal customers.
Sprint Premier customers can expect to be offered a handset upgrade credit after just one-year of service on a typical two-year wireless contract, while regular Sprint customers wait two years before becoming eligible for a handset upgrade. Sprint is also offering a once-a-year accessory discount to Premier subscribers.
