Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program

In order to reward its highest spending and long-term subscribers, Sprint has launched a loyalty program that is meant to make sure that customers stay happy with a few perks along the way.
The Sprint Premier loyalty program works by having been a Sprint customer for 10 consecutive years, have an individual service plan of at least $70 or more for three consecutive months or longer, or on a $99.99 or higher shared service plan.
Perks include early upgrading at new customer price every year, special offers for trips, tickets to shows and sporting events, sneak peeks at new devices with first purchase opportunity such as with the Palm Pre for long-term customers, anniversary perks such as bonus minutes or free ringtones, accessory discounts, and a plan check every six months to ensure complete satisfaction.
Enrollment is automatic, and account status will reflect enrollment based on meeting the aforementioned criteria, which is similar to Verizon’s former loyalty program.

Looks like I'm not going to be a Premier Loyalty customer any time soon.

They sent me a letter out in Nov. when I got my Touch Pro. They still been giving me the run around about rebates. I just called and then threaten to leave this morning and they gave me the rebate over the phone

Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program

The program is for people who have been a Sprint for 10 years OR have an individual plan costing $69.99 for at least 3 months or a family plan costing at least $99.99 for at least 3 months.

I've been a Sprint customer for a little over 2 years, but I have the 450 Simply Everything plan costing $69.99 and I'm listed as a Premier customer.

Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program

when you go the sprint site and log on it will have a bar you click on to upgrade your status, remember you have to be on a plan thats 69.99 or higher which has just changed from 99.99 indivisual plans

Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program

I noticed this the other day. If you log on to your account there is a big banner at top that says something about sprint loyal customers. Haven't really checked it out too much yet though. I'm on the simply everything shared plan with my husband (probably like $130 a month) and have been with sprint for about two years, on this contract at least.

Re: Sprint Launches Premier Loyalty Program

Well isn't that special... we're all Premier Loyalty customers. So where's my free sh*t already!?!? You know what would be great? If part of the program was that someone came to your house and cleaned your touch-screen every morning and put a new, custom-fit screen protector on every single day! Oh yeah, better signal coverage would be nice too.
