Your right though he was "Also" down talking the carrier but as i mention before the way your phone works has nothing to do with your customer service experience. Meaning don't say your phone sucks because a rep wasn't able to help you like you wanted him to. I agree that he was treated unfair but his reasons for switching seems more of an angry choice than a logical one
Like I said, you're happy with Sprint and your phone, he's happy with AT&T and his new phone. He is entitled to his opinion, you are entitled to yours. Neither one is right or wrong. If differences weren't welcome, this would be a dull place.

Re: Goodbye Sprint...

yeah enjoy paying inferior prices for an inferior service. ATT sucks balls and their price plans are ridiculous. There is no service better than CDMA unless you want to exchange your service for a fm transmitter, why dont you put xm on your phone then you wouldnt need a fm transmitter what is this 1945?

Who is getting on him lol. He stated his opinions and i stated mine. I just disagree with his reasons and you seem to not like that. You are putting yourself in the same boat by disagreeing with me which makes you hypocrite.

Not at all if you reread what I said, you will see that I am happy that you like your phone and service, I am glad everything is working out for you. You are entitled to your opinion absolutely. I'm just saying there is no need for anybody to get offended. I also never stated YOU were the one overreacting. You just responded to the thread first with your angry disposition.

Re: Goodbye Sprint...

I've got an AT&T tilt here right next to my Sprint Touch Pro. Couple of interesting things for those who are not in the GSM/SIM know...

* better battery life - GSM sucks less gas
* simultaneous voice and 3g data
* SIM SIM SIM (if you ever get off this rock to yonder shores, you'll be happy tossing in a local pay-as-you-go sim card.)
* rollover minutes. If you can, get that low minute plan and then let em pile up For me the at&t phone is a work prototype plan, data use mostly. I think I have something like 10K rollover minutes by now

And yes, AT&T sucks too. Just differently. Good luck over there...er, over here!

*battery life is better can't argue that
*simultaneous voice and data does you no good unless you have video calling or something, it's kinda hard to talk on your phone and surf the net at the same time unless you have a bluetooth
*Sim cards are more of a negative then a plus. Anybody can steal your phone and pop there sim card in
*I have unlimited minutes so who gives a **** about rollover lol
