i tried this, but the lady in cancellations said they have pro-rate ETF now and that this was not true. can anyone comfirm that this still works?

Tell her you want to talk to her supervisor, and then explain the details.. Say that they have changed their contract and that it's your right to change until the end of the month..

pro rated only applies to contracts signed after Nov 2008

dang that's why then........i agreed to a new contract in Nov to get the upgrade for the Diamond. I was tryin to use this to get a Pro.... o well

the only thing that this will allow is to cancel a contract, they arent going to give you a phone because of it. You can cancel and then come back as a brand new customer and get New Act pricing. Also, you have to specifically mention that the Admin fee is the reason you are wanting to cancel.

ima try this "loophole" to get a tp or tytn..i have an aircard, since dec 11 or 12..dont want it, but past 30 days...the reasons for cancelling dont relate, but if u know like i know, retentions will do almost anything to keep ur business, so again, good looking out BD7
