thank you. i stupidly called them last night and they said i would have to wait until the charge shows up on my bill, but i will try again now.

ok my question is if i was to do this could i re-activate my phones on a family plan without a contract? i know it may sound like a dumb ? but please bare with me because i like being with sprint i just dont like knowing that if i wanted to jump ship to another provider it would cost so any body know if that is possiable

a post somewere else had a sprint rep saying that if you told them you still wanted to stay with sprint you would basically be saying you are ok with the rate increase. so its a no woodboy. sorry. on another note, after a most unpleasant convo on the phone with sprint customer service that was unsuccessful, i did an online chat today and i was able to cancel effective jan 2nd. G1 here i come. sorry friends. its been great. and thank you so much for all your help over this last year.

I remember when I worked as a supervisor at Sprint, and one guy was being a huge *** about the $.75 administrative charge. He was DEMANDING that I let him leave Sprint or he would sue us, so I discounted his phone plan by $5 for the life of the contract. This means he was NOT elgible to cancel without being charged an ETF.
