You and I are educated on the specifics Hibbs.. As is everybody on this site.. But the common people are not.. They couldn't care less about how much more RAM the Sprint model has... People will see Touch Flo.. Go "Ooooh ahhh.. Is that an iPhone?" and that will be that.. For the sake of argument, they are the same phone.. Most people who do not have smartphones don't know what a ROM is.. I agree... But it is a losing battle...

If Sprint sticks to their strengths (great phones <- - - ie. NOT CRIPPLED, good coverage, and excellent customer servi-- I mean great plans and pricing), they will be fine... They need to improve Customer Service... That is what matters most to a lot of people... We know how to work their customer service to get what we want... But to the average person, it is just a big hassle...

Sprint needs to MAKE MONEY. Selling SERO plans is absolute nonsense.

Have the best phones and not able to pay the bills or give the stockholders a return, and bye bye...

Well I think sprint has great customer service recently! especially based in the us. i am telling you out of the 400 kids in my school (small town) 3 have sprint the rest have verizon except for the 50 that have no phones. so they target bussness men and stop with the instinct

they only advertise the everything and most people r like holy **** 100 bucks a month when they dont realize how good that is for all the services... they gotta advertise my plan.... 800 minute family plan 70 dollars... or the next one 1500 minute family plan unlimited texting and internet only 150 (or close) a month.

i think u missed my point.... they gotta advert the cheap *** plans with limited features and people will be short minded and be like HOLY BAJUMBLERS THAT'S CHEAP! also they gotta CUT THE ****IN VIOLIN!

really!!! how? I went into the store and they said for every line added would be an additional 89.99 per line.
