LOL, i just got off the phone and the guy wouldnt let me cancel and stay as a customer. So i said "i can cancel my lines but you dont want me as a customer at all?" he replied "no we dont". This is after 10 years, 10 months and 10 days with them...

Guys also tell or ask sprint if its ok if you record call and ask for reps name and id #, that usually keeps the bs to a miminum.
