I go to this Sprint store a couple cities over from me.......it's not a corporate store or anything.....just one of this stores where they try and sell you a lot of stuff...but they do repairs too.......and pretty much whatever's wrong with my phone they just replace it for me........NO MATTER WHAT! That made me think that...if you don't wanna pay for any repairs just go to one of those rinky-dink centers and they should take care of you! :-D

YEAH.....I go in there....not spending 1 cent.....get a replacement phone for just about any reason.....and when everything is said and done they go "Sprint is gonna call you and ask how well we did to find a solution to your problem....can we count on you to give us the highest possible rating?".............and he told:twisted: me they get bonuses for every perfect survey!
