Spint Repair or warranty?

I have a TP2, and the touch screen is not responding well. This is most likely due to the rather large scratch it incurred over the weekend. Is it even worth going to a Sprint repair store and having them look at it? Or should I just do a warranty exchange via phoneclaim?

Ah, silly me, I didn't even read your question to see if I could help out!

Personally I would go into Sprint, tell them what happened, and see what they can do for you. Its worth a shot. Sometimes the reps are really friendly and can help you out with stuff like this.

Best case scenario: They replace your phone for free
Middle case scenario: They repair/replace the screen
Worst case scenario: They tell you to make an insurance claim

if you go to the store, hopefully you do get a nice rep and will just do a phone swap under warranty.
