Re: 4G

Well after being on the phone for two days and at the sprint store I found a solution to my problem hopefully. The sprint tech over the told me to take it to the store that had 4G in Nashville because its not on their map if it doesn't connect than they will replace it. I went to the store and it still is not connecting but everyone in the store with an evo is connected to 4G so the are ordering one said it will be ready to hopefully I will be able to connect . Haven't had the phone a good three days and on replacement number one that isn't good

Re: 4G

Is your area on the map from what I was told the last two days is that there are a lot of 4G towers in testing and they turn them off and on periodicly that is the case where I livei have two evos and my wife does that and her phone connects two 4G when the tower is on but when they turn it off it won't but the phone still sees that you are in a 4G area

4G Issues and Resolutions Post Here

Lets try to set this up to be a bit more useful.

So as not to bury information on establishing, utilizing, fixing, figuring things out.. .re: 4G and who/what areas do or do not have 4G and what speeds.. lets split it up.

Post here for scenario A: establishing, utilizing, fixing, figuring things out about how to do it all 4G

Post in the other sticky for scenario B: All discussion related to who has/doesn't have 4G, when its coming to where, and how fast/slow it works.

Thanks!!

Where did my 4G go? (Los Angeles)

Hey, so until about 3 days ago, I was getting very fast 4G in some places in LA (including my house) But it seems to have disappeared.. Anyone know why this may have happened? I noticed it after the PRL update but my roll back didn't help any. Anyone else in LA see this? Maybe they were just testing the area and pulled the plug?
