did you sign up for an account for mIQ? mIQ is an app that creates a back up of some of your phone's info. the information is stored on their servers. the app runs in the background. i don't use the app but if you don't want to the app, you can always just uninstall it from your device by going to BB ke (menu)> Options> Advanced Settings> Applications> mIQ> Menu key> Delete.
