BBSAK no OS load

Hi'
I have downloaded BBSAK v 1.9.11 to backup' wipe and load a new OS 6.0.0.448 for BB9780. All OK but when I tried to "Load OS" I get a "no OS ' please download". That is not so , I have the OS installed. I went by the book exactly. open through administrator and so on. Can you please help.
