i have bb storm flash to criket need up grade softweare can some one help

i took my phone to the store because i dint get no mms and they down grade my software to 4.7 they mess it up i want to up grade it but dont know how i try the black berry sit been flash to cricket cant do it can any body help me please

have you looked hot miss eenie's How To thread at the section above? it walks you through upgrading your OS.

you just gotta find the bb OS you want to use.

The kewl thing with bb flashed to a different is you can still flash any available software for it. Just delete the vendor flash file.
