Ok so when i tried to change me moto q ( sprint version ) i didn't get a warning nor did i see any type of indicated that i even moved the 4 dll. files over to the window section of my phone. But when i rebooted my phone the warnings started to pop up .....3 restarts later my internet explore has change, so has my file manager. all my icons have change when you press the start button so i'm happy about that...even though that start button wasn't even working at all for a while, now it works (my blood pressure shot up during this period) . I just have one question ....how did you home screen change to the black boarders and what not? thanks

did you read the part that said "replace these files ONE AT A TIME and then restart."?

Been trying the method for my i600 phone and I only have success installing the shellres.dll and browseres.dll respectively. When tried the 3rd one, outres.dll and restarted my phone. it kinda stuck on Windows logo (after the startup animation) for a long period of time (i thought the too much waiting for this is normal coz this is what happened on shellres.dll but not on browseres.dll), long period of waiting is approx 30 mins up. So I just reverted back my ROM (coz i can't continue anymore for this problem).

Right now, only the said 2 DLLs were installed, i havent tried the remaining 2 (outres.dll and syncres.dll) yet.

Any advice of continuing the remaining 2 dlls?

Just for future refrence. It was the browsres.dll that makes the photo app menu not work.It happened to me. but it's no big deal cause I can still use the menu when I look at the picture.

Yea. It also makes it so you can't load files in pocket word. if you installed it. WTF i use that like everyday. I gotta get rid of this damn file.

open pocket word first and then try opening the file from word. i got it to work that way.
