Somehow I screwed up all of my targets and only get a white screen when I hit start. I cannot activesync, I cannot use any shortcuts and thus cannot hard reset!!!!

Got the hard reset finally using the power button and center navigation. Trying to restore now.

Mal,
did you have any negative side effects? For example this one: http://www.ppcgeeks.com/pictures-and-videos-t5166.html

Good catch.

That IS a side-effect of one of these .dll's, probably the system one e.g. the first one I posted.

Not sure though.

Turn off autolock

How do you ... Turn off auto-lock (on device startup)?
This is probably simple but I have not been able to figure it out?

Start -> Settings -> Security -> Device Lock -> uncheck 'Prompt if device unused for'

Thanks Johnnyg I was making this out to be a bigger deal than it really was. When I read the thread I thought there was something that I had to watch for during startup to shut it off. Thanks for the help.
