Yes and yes. Still crashes after that.

Dunno then. Works great for me. I have gotten that error at the beginning, but hit FC and it shouldn't bother you again.

Many other users use this also without these issues. Have you tried a different browser? Helping you is getting really frustrating.

Sorry, I did not mean to bother you.

Well you provide little to no info, and you talk about problems like FC's as if they are the end of the world.

Hit the force close button, should be fine. If the system is unresponsive, some apps will FC.

Again, many people use this without the issues you describe. Take a few deep breaths, and go slowly.

Or, just don't use the port. It's far from perfect, and the likelihood of it ever being even 90% complete is unlikely.

I do want to use it, and I appreciate the job you've done here. I am new to Android, but nowhere new to computers. If you could provide me with a location of the possible crash dump, or a log file, or other info I could pull, I'd do that.
However given the sequence of my actions I could not find any mistakes on my side, so I treated any deviation from the scenario described in the manual, as a warning sign.
I do have some ideas to try when I get home, but at this point I am at a loss with this. I would not expect the default browser to crash on a Google home page. I have not had a chance to try anything else.

lol, if that's all you tried then replace the stock browser. It's not that great anyway.

I have 0 issues with the stock browser, other than it sucks and is featureless. I installed Dolphin Mini and haven't looked back.

Thanks, I'll try that. Hopefully other functionality is there.

Hey, You were right. Dolphin works fine. Found one more application which crashes the device - Google Maps. Is this an anti-Google build?

Dude, I don't know what you've done but I don't have any of these issues. Have you used the Market at all? Make sure these apps are up to date... I use Google Maps almost every day.
