FRX05 is out!

Some of you probably already know but just thought I'd throw it out there - FRX05 was released yesterday... available from the XDANDROID.com website.

Changes from FRX04 to FRX05

• Camera support - both photo and video capture (without sound currently) are working. This depends on kernel support, so only Rhodium and Topaz are supported currently. Huge thanks to Jerome Bruneaux (viruscrazy on XDA) for basically doing all the work.
• Switch build variants from engineering to user-debug for slight speedup.

Oh... It was the system image update. Going to try it out.

I downloaded it and the camera still does not work. All you do is swap the system image file with the new one correct?

use the 3/1 kernel from argggggh's post and everything works fine.

So far this build is super fast, everything works perfect and the camcorder even records (sorta). lol

You still need to use a kernel with camera support, i.e. a viruscrazy kernel

Not true, main kernel on GIT (the newest, 1276 as of this post) has cam support. Thanks.

I just have a reboot into winmo after using the newest system file(frx05) with 3.1 kernel after 5 hours.

wow is faster and work great the cam really works but i cant save pictures becuse it says insert sd but even the the send and hang up turn on they dont turn off but its a progress

Backup all the data on the card. Format the card using the HP Tool. Full format, FAT32. Put all the data back on the card. Try again.

The build is really fantastick. Camera also works like charm. But I still have same problem as on all builds.
Without SIM card - the headset is working flawlessly. Quick and responsive.
After I insert SIM card - it works for above 30 sec. and hangs. It doesn't matter if phone is working or its in sleep - it just hangs ...
I am really mad about htis bug - since I presume its something stupid. Do You guys think that new SD Card may be solve the case? I was formatting my card - on difrent machines and using diffrent software and no effect...

Thanks in advance for any clues...
