Exchange Email search?

So I'm not sure if I'm just being dumb here....but I can't find any way to search my Exchange email on Android (using the Reference build). When using Gmail, the "Search" option pops up when the menu button is pushed. But I can't find anything in the "Email" app that does the same thing.

Anyone know?
