Re: [TESTING] New Kernel (Battery Status Fix!!)

Ok, i just realized that this includes the batt fix that is broken. It was only supposed to be a patch to include the new usb drivers. Those drivers work well on nand so its only fair that everyone enjoys them. I may release a test kernel tonight with just usb and we will worry about the battery later.

Cool dude, keep me posted so I can update the first post :D

camro asked me to post my dmesg, so here it be!

If anyone would also like to post their dmesg and Android dies before they can do anything, add "dmesg >> /sdcard/dmesg.log" to your froyo.user.conf in the custom_shells section. Then after booting Android, wait for it to reboot... then grab the dmesg.log file off of your SD and post it here so the devs can sort out what's going on!

Ah, I forgot this kernel can probably do NAND... didn't even try that lol. I was always using the new Reference build! Thanks, I'll check out both of those independently!

Ok, couldn't get this working on Ref or Blazn on Haret, but NAND test seems to be a go... I need to verify it is in fact using the new kernel tho.

i dont really know what about the battery fix that is broken but this works for me..ive been running for a couple hours and there is no meter jumping or nothing of that sort..this is the most stable ive seen the battery meter!! even with the led staying red it hardly affects the meter ..the phone does get a lil warm due to the fact that im running nand boot and the light doesnt go off when the phone is asleep...in my words i would say this runs perfect!! good work mehn!!(seems like im the only person this worked with..lucky me :) )
