QWERTY on Screen
 

Is there a trick (setting) for making the full QWERTY (soft) keyboard show-up on the screen to enter text rather than the number keypad? I only see the numeric keypad when trying to enter data into the browser.

did you try switching it with the abc/123 button on the keypad?

Switching with what? I don't see an abc/123 button on the screen. I see a numeric keypad if/when it decides to show-up on the screen.

Example:
- Keep the keyboard closed
- Click on the search window on the home screen
- Wait for the soft keyboard to be displayed on screen

A full QWERTY never appears on screen. I'm using the build from 9/16.

Disregard. The "input method" was set to Japanese.
