Today I formatted my SD card, reloaded the latest BLAZN build, and ran an update. I loaded up Android and now I have this problem as well - I can't choose ringtones or notifications. In fact, even if I change the "Ringer volume" with the side buttons it doesn't even given the "beep" feedback. Not sure what the deal is.

To anyone having a problem with only having "Silent" be an option with your ringtones and notifications:

I was able to resolve this problem only by doing a format with the SD Formatting tool. I tried formatting in Windows and it still wouldn't work, but using the tool fixed it for me. Found the link in the TIPS/FAQS sticky above.

That said, it fixed it for ME, can't guarantee anything else.

That's usually the fix - I think it has to do with the partition table, which on a normal Windows format (quick or full) doesn't get touched.

That's why the HP tool, the Panasonic tool, GParted and this other tool you posted does work - it wipes the partition table and starts fresh with the card.

That's my theory at least - I've seen countless people fix the issue by formatting their cards.

SOLVED!! didnt reformat, just deleted the media folder then put it back on the card.. workes great now
