I've cooked 2 Sandisk cards just using WinMo alone.

I've switched to a Kingston card and lasted much much longer and I feel has been more reliable with better overall performance.

kozmo, Sd Formatter 3.0 worked perfect. I could never get my SD 512MB to mount in gallery but your suggestion helped tremendously.
