The latest that I got from it was "process android.process.acore is not responding". That message popped up the last time I booted into it. It then asked if I wanted to force or wait for a response. Selecting either option did nothing to give me 3g access.

have you tried to delete your data.img? that usually fixes most issues, but not sure if it will help that one

I tried that as well, to no avail...

It looks like I need the APN settings for Sprint.

do you have htc_hw.force_cdma=1 in your startup.txt?

This is the cmd line switch you need to add to the cmdline text in your startup.txt remember to add it before the keyboard entry.
Replace the XXXXXX with the frequency you want in Khz not Mhz.

"acpuclock.oc_freq_khz=XXXXXX"

You have to enter speeds in Khz though so
528000 = 528Mhz Stock speed
700000 = 700Mhz
768000 = 768Mhz Reported to be stable
And so on.

Good luck, post some stable speeds and we can have some fun with a faster device!

Can you show the text for reference? I have 2 different things that say something like keyboard: "msmvkeyb_toggle=off" and "physkeyboard=rhod500 htc_hw.force_cdma=1 " It didn't work at the first of the two locations...started booting then returned to WM with a reboot.

Is it supposed to be that slooooooow? Got the new MaxSense and Android working, but Android is sooooo slow I don't want to use it period.

BTW I appreciate all the work that went into it, just wondering if it's SUPPOSED to be that slow :) I.e. am I doing something wrong or is this just growing pains.

I could live with it but it doesn't have MyPhone, an easy way to import/export contacts as I wipe and rewipe the phone.

I chose Tilt and Force CDMA.

it's obvious you haven't read the first or second post. and why did you choose tilt if you have a tp2?

I Googled Rhodium and it said the Tilt was aka TP2, so that's what I chose that one. Then I saw that the TP2 is the XX500 so I chose that instead, but that's only the keyboard layout and shouldn't affect performance.

the tilt is a 3 year old phone, the gsm at&t tp2 is tilt2, the sprint and uscc tp2 are rhod400 and vzw and telus tp2 are rhod500. just fyi

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced the screen not actually turning off, just turning black. Also is there a way to make the phone vibrate when there is a new text message?
