Well I was about to go to bed and then you convinced me to overclock (going to try 768Mhz) and run the test. Will report back.

You can look here for more info on it. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...2&postcount=11

but where it says cmdline="there will be a bunch of stuff here"
Just add it inside of the quotes as the first thing and make sure you have a space after it.

Replace the XXXXXX with the frequency you want in Khz not Mhz.

acpuclock.oc_freq_khz=XXXXXX

You have to enter speeds in Khz though so
528000 = 528Mhz Stock speed
700000 = 700Mhz
768000 = 768Mhz Reported to be stable
And so on.

All marginal I believe because of how processes are handled. not running processes won't harm anything but if you kill processes that want to be running they will start up again. Try doing five tests in a row before and after killing to get a good average?

I don't have any Android phone, but I wonder what file system Android run on officially. I wonder if FAT32 hamper the performance a bit. At stock speed, Xandroid run too slow for my liking. Maybe it require a dedicated GPU.

I came to realize I was using an older rootfs so I'm not sure if I was actually overclocked at all. So I updated to the rootfs.img here. I also updated to the latest zimages and modules cflynt uploaded here. Those files may be on the autobuild site by now, haven't checked though.

TP2 overclocked to 700Mhz
Class 4 - 8GB Sandisk SDHC
VZW Stock 6.5
Android kernel pkg 3-27

After killing all running applications with benchmark set to run 10 times;

Overal score - 99.30575
Graphic Total - 8.555602
CPU Total - 207.29335
Memory Total - 147.5976
Filesystem Total - 33.776447
