How long does battery last?

First I'd like to thank the marvalous bastards working on getting Android fully running on the Touch Pro 2, I had my Touch Pro 2 sitting there for the longest time until I came across this.

My main question is, what kind of battery drain are people experiencing on this phone? I've been hearing eight hours but I'm just wondeirng, I'd like to activate my phone and use it but I'm afraid It's gonna die out halfway through my shift at work or something,.

Re: How long does battery last?

Today was my 1st full day with it. Took my phone off the charger around 6 am, was dead by 12. BUT I will say, I hardly put the phone down that entire time(wtf, I now have Android on my phone, time to play weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee) Its charging back up now. Hopefully Ill be able to resist and get a better gauge on the life

Re: How long does battery last?

I was about 4-5 hours before I disabled the auto backlight in Windows. Now I'm at about 7-8 hours with light-moderate use.
But as noted everywhere it basically just dies on you without warning.
