Re: General Android on TP2 Questions Thread
In fact I have another question. Does anyone know how to stop random apps from starting in ANDROID. If you just randomly open Advanced Task Kilelr there are several apps running that you didnt open.

Re: General Android on TP2 Questions Thread
What I did was inside an app, hit the Windows key on your TP2, it will bring up the menu , then you can go to the apps settings and choose whatever you like. worked for me

Re: General Android on TP2 Questions Thread
When your in the menu off the home screen, you can click and hold a program, drag it to the recycle bin. I think that removes it also.

Re: General Android on TP2 Questions Thread
Theoretically, is it true that since that Android apps are stored and run from the SD card, you can fill up the rest of your card with apps? I know that on Android phones, you have to store and run apps from internal memory, unless you manage to root the OS.

The only thing I can think is to make a mount point for the Apps folder to be on a SD card. It would have to be mapped to a device ID such as /dev/sdb1 if such option is implemented. Last edited by coolsilver; 03-15-2010 at 10:35 AM. |

Re: General Android on TP2 Questions Thread
Its a different theme / skin for Android. It removes the top banner from the main screen and adds some shortcuts to the bottom. I noticed that Live wallpapers does not work with Home++ running.
