My question is how do you uninstall an app that you downloaded from the app store or that was already built in? It doesnt work or you dont like it and it is just taking up space.](*,)

Let em fly! We've all learned little things while just playing with Android.

I actually have answered my own question. You go into setting then applications. There you can remove any app that is installed on your storage card/android! Simple huh?!

take all the files out of the folder and place them in the root of your SD card.

the files cannot be in ANY folders besides the folders that come w/ the package.

So don't make a folder called Android on your sd card and try booting from there.

That's not exactly correct you can put all the files in a folder except rootfs.img needs to be in the root of your storage card. Thats exactly what I have is an "Android" folder. I will say this when you install apps from marketplace some still install to the root of your storage card, but all of the droid files will be in the folder. It should take no longer than 5 min on the first boot. after that about 1 and 1/2. When it boots you'll know because it has this crazy 'X' graphic.

well, what should I do right now? Im afraid if I turn the phone off it will screw it up.. It is still running lines on the CMD screen, if I cycle it, will it restart, or do I have to wait for it to finish?

Pull the battery and make sure the sim card is out. You will boot back into windows. Make sure everything is on the SD card and is right. Try it again.

If that is what you think happen .... all you have to do is just delete your ts-calibration file and run Haret again and you will be able to calibrate your screen again. Easy to rule that one out or see if that is the issue.
