Re: Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2
Got mine to boot by adding a line to the startup.txt so it could run from the sd card... everything works just like before including the market not working... maybe Mr. Pippy can shine some light as to the why...

Re: Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2
So if we are running Civic's build do we just replace the rootfs.img files? Or do we have to install glemson's kernal also?

Re: Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2
replace everything but the data.img file is what MrPippy suggested

Re: Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2
Looking good, one time I booted and it showed I was on sprint & showed correct time, now it will only boot into airplane mode, when I try to disable it thru settings it tells me its "enabling wireless connections..." but never does.
:( Edit: Took out the sim card and its now working, (Internet over 3g too)! Thanks |

Loving the marketplace!!!! Everything is working now as it should... I got rid of data.img also and that solved all the problems... Nothing short of amazing the speed at which this is being developed!

Re: Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2
How long does this build take to start?
Also which build are we using from glemsom's website. I ran haret.exe on the most current build and phone seemed to stay in a continuous loop after stating that it could not find the system.img on the SD card. |
Re: Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2
How do we get this loading up from the Android folder? I was able to do it with the download from Civic's thread but when I tried with this one it just gave me the cant find system.img error
