Because of the advancements in this project, and the desire of TP2 owners to see this project continue, I am going to reverse my previous closure of this thread and reopen it. However I want to make certain that I am clear: this thread is for the Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2 project only. It needs to stay on topic and remain civil or the next time this thread gets closed it will not be opened again.

Now carry on...

We were contemplating cleaning out this thread but... It would be too difficult to distinguish between nonsense, repeated requests, etc. So I would like to reaffirm the request to keep it civil/on topic/clean. It honestly is not easy to clean these threads out, so think about us before you post something silly

Thanks for understanding, fellow 'geekers! :headbang:

Is it possible to limit this Sticky thread to Updates and FAQs only?

And leave the questions for non-stickied threads?

Inevitably we are going to get a "how do I get sound working?" in a day or so.

LOL. Easy to say, hard to do.
I'm just saying that the same questions being asked over and over again tend to get people bent out of shape... and "uncivil" lol.

Hey how about answering there question and tell them to look at post 1 because it's a waste of time just saying look at post 1 and not really trying to explain how to fix it to them. I'll be more productive and it'll make everyone look less like a jerk saying "ohh we answer this question read the fourms, learn how to search and etc" what sounds better is " (insert answer) and you can find more answers on faqs on page 3) imo it save time for the poster and maybe future people reading the thread using the "search" button
