I synced with Exchange over wifi (using the 2/27 build), but it only took care of contacts and email. My exchange calendar is an option from the calendar, but it is not showing any of my meetings. My personal, google calendars work fine.

Some people are able to power off or reboot. How do you do that? When I press the power button, I get the "choose Home or Home++" option. Is there something I need to reconfigure or click or hold?

Thanks!

You have to hold the hang-up button, not the power button.

I have the same issue.
Contacts and Emails sync but not calendar...I am sure that it will be fixed soon.

Anyone found any live wallpaper dumps? It seems like you need market access for about all of them. I found the earth live and its quite fun to play around with.

I turned my phone to Airplane mode before I loaded Haret and when Android loaded, I had to register on a network like usual, but I was already connected to my Wi-Fi network. I will occasionally have to turn on the Wi-Fi myself but no big deal. I hope this helps some people out so that we don't have to clutter the thread up with more nonsense posts, but I think that we need to get a running thread (maybe separate from this one) with what does/ does not work and how to enable/ disable different things. Just an idea

Thank you for the details and to others who said that they didn't have to change any settings in order for android to scan for networks. Your posts confirmed that I am not getting wifi to work properly. I still have no idea what is wrong. I tried putting on a new custom winmo rom (MightyRom) but that didn't fix anything. I reformatted my SD card and extracted the files fresh. I then tried a second different size SD card. I then tried searching for my campus secured/unsecured network. I have tried with wifi on and off in windows mobile before starting android. Nothing works.

Can someone please help? Is anyone using a custom rom and still have it work or do I need the stock rom? Are there any other files I need besides the 95-civic's zip file on the first post? I saw a post a few pages back that described the same problem. Anyone else experiencing the same issue (android not able to search for wireless networks or connect if manually entering the ssid)?

I am willing to bet that almost everyone is using a custom rom (I run my own custom built rom).

If your wifi is not finding any networks (and you know there are some) I would:
1) re-download the build in post one and test it on a blank sd card
2) try a different rom

I've tried your step 1 six or seven times. I'll try another custom rom though, maybe a stock rom. What rom are you using?

Also, I noticed in the android advanced wifi settings, my MAC address is unavailable. I googled this and found this site http://www.htc-android.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=445 which says that you have to manually edit your mac address in a text file before loading. Does this apply for the TP2 and if so, how can I do this? For people who have it working, do you see your MAC address in the advanced wifi settings or is it "unavailable"?

I build my own rom using calkulin's kitchen.

Are you formating the sd card? What are the specs of the sd card? Have you tried a different sd card?

I haven't edited the text file before loading and my wifi settings shows my mac address

I have a 2GB Sandisk card and a 4GB Kingston card. I've tried both. I believe I formatted the 2GB with FAT and the 4GB with FAT32.

Knowing that your mac address is coming up and mine is not leads me to believe that this is the problem. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm very eager to get this working.
