No I got that part, I'm talking about when Android actually starts... Before we always were just told to click skip skip skip... Do we still do that, or do we Begin and Setup our Google accounts?

I skipped the setup at the beginning. Then added it later.

Hmm the way I recomend to install it is to connect you phone with USB and put it in "Disk Drive" mode when it ask. It should appear as a drive on your computer. After that delete all your old Android files if you installed to root or the Android folder If you did it that way. Create a folder called "Android" Without the quotes of course and Unzip everything into that folder. If it doesn't work try Formatting the memory card from within the phone by clicking on the drive and formatting it. And redoing the steps above.

What am I doing wrong? I have it loaded up and all is good. I can't get any signal though of any kind. It stays in airplane mode and won't come out, every time I try and turn it off it says "Enabling Wireless Networks" and does nothing but go back to airplane mode....Any ideas? I tried doing what is suggested in the second post, but "Mobile Networks" can't be selected, it is grayed out.

I also had this problem... After reading a little, I realized I didn't remove my SIM card. So... Remove the SIM card and voila!!!!!! Data and phone work perfect.:headbang:

I still cand get the market to work though.

People have said you can create an Android folder and can extract it all to the folder. However, I do not do it. I know what to delete before I put on an updated version thats released in the thread.

I have a Android folder in the root of my SD card and thats where I put all my files and it works perfectly. On another note, the initial loading of this build was ridiculously fast compared to the previous builds i've tried.

whatever works I guess.

It is fast. I am actually still running it now. lol Been tinkering with some things. I added my gmail stuff and I see the "talk" icon but clicking on it doesn't open anything, I am assuming that's Google Talk. However, doesnt work yet.

Anybody notice the notifications are not working, for email, voicemail, etc. Just got all of my email going, put my ringer on vibrate works fine, answer with the green phone key, this build is good enough to keep full time now!
