If any cooks want me to test stuff for them, I am up on NAND already. As soon as the data fix gets pushed down, I'll be running NAND full time. Hit me up via PM if you want me to test stuff out for you.

cyanogen ended up being a complete bust. It runs but unstable and not worth it to get running until cm7 is out. Some devices are behind on support so it may take a while.

The launcher seems to be the biggest pain, maybe removing that and just running with a native launcher will help. I much rather concentrate on gingerbread at this stage.
