I did some more head to head comparisons between FRX05 and GBX0A on two TP2s. There is no question, GB renders faster and provides a more responsive GUI. App loading time was the same, but scrolling around in the Facebook app, email and google maps make it clear that things are a bit jerky with FRX05 and smooth as silk with GBX0A.

Are you wanting reports of specific problems with this bundle (ie testing) or is this just being thrown out here for people to mess around with?

Anything. Problems that pertain just to this build are always appreciated, unless it's been pointed out 100 times or is in one of the first 3 posts :p.

Thanks for the wonderful update. manage to get it run perfectly on my Blackstone w/o audio stuttering and working camera and camcorder. original kernel still gave audio stuttering and screen freeze while capturing on camcorder. with the new kernel, screen still freeze after 5 sec when recording, here what i've done
1. 1st boot, use exactly what provided in the bundle. shut down the phone after successful boot up.
2. replace the kernel with this one xda-developers thanks to g3rm0
3. if you like a new remap key for your blackstone, u can get this xda-developers thanks to g3rm0
4. reboot and there u are

These are very Blackstone specific people, be careful!

Also, that zImage that he rolled completely disables the battery code - so... even if you have a Blackstone, be careful of that kernel!

Glad you have it working for you in a satisfactory state, I just want people to be aware of the downsides to the code you're running ;).

Hey arrrghhh, just wanted to let you know the issue I was having with data not working after a phone call until the apn was reset is even worse now with this update. I'm not sure why but if I make/receive a phone call I cant get data back at all until I restart my phone. I cant just reset apn or turn data off and back on again like before. This problem is not present on any of the other 3 builds I have on my card.

anyone else experiencing this issue?

aside from that everything is great though, camera works fine and the keyboard is awesome!

Yeah, I'm seeing this too, though I'm not sure it's correlated to the new build. My impression is that most of the time cycling data fixes this issue, but I've run into an awful lot of times it took a reboot recently.

Seems patience is the key with this, but the bug is very annoying, and the workaround is... not so good.

I don't think I've filed a bug on it (or I don't think anyone else has either) and that needs to happen if it hasn't.
