the clock is weather widget donate..the wallpaper i found on xda but can post for ya...and the theme was for a black theme from the themes and addons etc from the hero section here. but im running 2.1 now so those wont work...if u need help just pm me..

can someone tell me how to change app icons? Just came from win mobile and have no idea how to do some of the most needed basics. Any help would be awesome.

The only way to change them in the app drawer is by editing the apk for the program you want to change. If you mean just on the home screen then you can get a program called BetterCut and use that.
