help with acer iconia a500 tablet!!!
Hello friends!! I am from Brazil.
my friend has an acer iconia a500 tablet, but he does not care, is only the logo "acer". Already downloaded a file called "update.zip" and pressed power + volume, but it did not work, I really need the tablet pack, please help me! Thank you!

I forgot my password for my Acer Iconia A500
 and my support ended in Feb 2012 and nobody will help me. I want to give this to my daughter for school. I need HELP PLEASE?They are trying to tell me I have to reload my ENTIRE OS to fix this. Can you please help me?
