flashing sprint to Bell mobility
 

hi all,

I unlocked and flashed a new PRL file to my Sprint CDMA Tab. Wondering how I can verify that it was done correctly.

I changed the SPC to 000000 and used QPST to flash the latest Bell Mobility prl file I could find. I was told to verify the PRL flash by making a 611 phone call and if done right the Bell system will pick up. I cannot do this, however, since I cannot make calls on the Tab. I checked the system settings and it shows the PRL# is the one I entered, but under Network it still says Sprint. Is this normal? Will this go away once I activate the tab with Bell?

It seems to have changed Mobile Network Type from CDMA-EvDo rev.0 to CDMA-EvDo rev.A.
