will give the new build a go tomorrow, tonight its all about the UFC fights. Good to know that the blinking led is for diagnostics instead of just blinking for no reason at all. Just hope it still goes away after charging fully.

running the new darkstone with sense, seems fastest I've seen so far. And has survived several reboots! Rootfs file still found, ..so far so good!

I got SOD too, what I found prevents it is if you put backlighting on "automatic" for some reason this fixed my SOD.

also, the "touch lag" you get sometimes can be fixed if you install setCPU and put it on "performance" and set the min to 384.

I am running FroyoStone w/Sense for 3 days now and didn't get any SODs. Great performance so far.
