Publishing App Inventor apk's
If you've been discouraged from using Google App Inventor because you can't publish the apk's to the Market yet, then you should give it another try. I made a Windows app that automates converting the apk to be compatible with Google Market. It's based on a workflow that was posted on another forum and using some 3rd party tools. All properly credited in the app, of course.
 I have bundled all the required files so you don't have to worry about installing jre, jdk or android sdk. Just install my app and you can convert App Inventor apk's within seconds, and publish to the Google Market. More info and download link here: Marketizer
