Can Android be run on Pharos Traveler 137?

ive been searching around to see if there is a way to run android on my pharos traveler 137. currently using wm 6.5 but have seen others android based phones and would be much happier with that. there is a lot of stuff available for most htc phones and some samsung but i haven't found anything for pharos gps phones. anybody know where i might find something useful?
