recovery and stock rom for zte r750

i have zte r750 dual network ( cdma + gsm ) and i tried to install languages to it by more locate2 but when i restart the device it start with china telecome loge easy after that when it start use and open adnroid it does'nt able only give me android word in the screen.
and i tried to boot recovery by press power and vol down it give me white screen ( FTM ) i can't able to wipe .
i need any help
