I am wondering if someone could post the samsung smart touch apk..I cannot seem to find it on the market......thanks!!!

Yes, I know it's an Evo forum...the app works over WIFI so y shouldn't it work on an EVO???

Let me know if I'm wrong but, last I heard, the EVO part of this forum doesn't start until the device specific threads further down the menu.
Seems to me that Apps&Games is a general Android forum for anybody who's got one.

Sure can, and I control my sony blue ray player with my EVO also. The app is in the market, including imedia share which allows me to stream pictures, music, and videos to my blue ray player too.

what does it use bluetooth? wifi?

It uses wifi, your tv or in my case my blueray player have to be connected to the same network of wifi and then the software gives you the remote. Don't get me wrong, the Sony remote that came with my player is 1000 times more convenient. Its just the coolness factor of being able to do something like this.
