I need a calendar app that syncs with goggle calendar and can be put on the home screen. Any suggestions? Thanks

Re: Looking for calander app

Do you have an epic? Or a Touch pro... (listed under your name)

The native Android calendar should sync with your Gmail calendar and it can be placed on your home screen if indeed you have an epic. I have an Evo and I sync with hotmail via exchange.

*** EDIT
My bad bro... I just realized I have the HTC calendar and native email is also from HTC.
Good luck with your search.

Re: Looking for calander app

I just use the built-in calendar app and have a shortcut on my home screen. It does sync very well with my Google calendar (as well it should!). I've been looking for a full page calendar widget, but no luck yet.

Re: Looking for calander app

New calendar I just heard about for droid.....touch calendar

looks more like a calendar on your desktop Image is attached

Be sure to get the free version

Touch Calendar is easy to use:

double-tap or pinch-zoom (on Android 2.0 or higher) to zoom in
tap an event to see its details
tap-and-hold on a date to add a new event
touch to scroll as much as you want, both forwards and backwards
jump to today, or to any date from the menu
calendar search by pressing your phone’s search button or from the menu
set the font size and default zoom level from the Settings
home screen widgets (full version only)

Re: Looking for calander app

Android calendar of the machine should be synchronized with your Gmail calendar, which can be placed on your main screen, if you do have an epic. I have an Evo, I sync through exchange and Hotmail.
