possible way to get free apps or games?

ive downloaded a lot of games lately and in the free version ive noticed that there are some objectives theres but obviously not as difficult as the pay version. but my question here is what do do you think if you were able to get a free version of a game but if you hit a certain score or beat a certain objective you can "earn" the pay version at no cost? i dont know if there would be a way to suggest this to any developers but sounds good to me.
