you have to be a beta tester to get beta swype and juts because its beta doesn't make it freeware

I tried the new beta and it didn't seem to work as well. I may give it another try again.

Re: New Swype 2.4.44 - much better on EVO with Froyo now.

Please do not post links to this application. Feel free to discuss it but do not post links. As has been stated numerous times we have been asked by the developers of Swype to stop distribution on our site, and we are complying with this request. At the moment it is considered Warez, so do not post it.

Re: New Swype 2.4.44 - much better on EVO with Froyo now.

Just an update, I have tried about half a dozen versions of swype and I find 1.60 to be the best. The main thing I check is a few key words, the main one being want / wasn't. If I swype want and it pops wasn't then I have an issue with that version on several other words. If I swype want and it gives want 4 outta 5 times then I am good.

1.60 is gives the least mistakes for my wild swyping, your mileage may very.

Right now my problem with swype is that every time I turn on my phone swype doesn't work. I have to select another keyboard and switch back.

Oh and what the hell is a "haver"? Every time I say "have"it comes up "haver". Is that a word?
