Contacts are very simple. Just go into contacts, hit menu, hit export or import (depending on if you are bringing contacts into the phone or saving them to your SD card) Next just wait for it to finish. It stores all your contacts there info and there pictures. Will only work with android phones I bet though.

I use Handy Backup for my Android backup. It's freeware and easy to use. Hope it will work for you too.

Re: I need your help!!!(what is the best backup program)
I would like to know if there is a backup app that doesn't upset the android market...
From what I have tried (titanium and astro's built in backup) any app restored from the backup loses its ability to be updated via the market... At this point I am just making Rom image backups thru Rom Manager (must be rooted to use) and it maintains all of my settings, contacts, apps, and even widget and home screen configs. |

Re: I need your help!!!(what is the best backup program)
So far I've tried:
Sprite Backup - scheduling does not work, cannot get it to do a daily backup. The folks at Sprite are well, clueless. Sprite lets you back up to a cloud (first 2Gigs are free, after that, they charge). Titanium Backup paid, worth every penny, but again, even after excluding it from the task killer, it still fails to run nightly, no idea why. MyBackupPro - seemed to work well, but for whatever reason caused a FC on my Evo. In the end, you'll have to try them out and see which ones work for you. |

Sprite don't yet claim to support the Evo. When they do, that will be the best option yet. Then if SPB ever chimes in, we may really have some powerful backup abilities.
