Need a app to back up my keyboard dictionary

I used MyBackup Pro 2.4.0 and it didn't work. it backed up everything else fine but after a hard reset the only thing I really wanted I lost. Anyone know another app to do this or a way to back it up manually?

I went with Sprite Backup. You might consider contacting them with that question.

From looking at the reviews of that app on the market I'm scared to even give it a try and from the description and screenshots it does not look like it does. I was thinking titanium backup+root might but I have not rooted my phone. Since its so easy to view and edit the dictionary there should be an easy way to back it up.
