I too, would love an app. In WinMo We had an app called AudioRoute. You could direct any audio to your bluetooth setup.


Let me tell you my setup and why I want it.. I have a 09 Ford Focus with the Sync. This is an absolute awesome system.

With the TP2, It would direct Calls, BT Sterio Audio, and other audio if I used Audio Route.

With the EVO, I cannot, for any reason, make Fring or QIK use my speakers on my Ford Sync system with Bluetooth.. anything, nothing.. Now, I can plug in a 3.5mm jack and it works, but, that defeats the purpose of the BT.

With any audioroute type app on WinMo, we could direct mono audio to come from the earpiece speaker to the BT.. no such luck with Android.

Hoping for an app soon.. I do love Android and the EVO!

I couldn't agree more about wanting am ap for this. And while this does not solve it what I found is for anything except phone android requires a2dp. I ended up getting a moto h17 it's a regular mono headset that happens to have the profile. Every sound plays through it. Sucky answer, but out seems to be all there is.

It has been mentioned in the EVO section that Jawbone Icons have the a2dp as well...

People have been raving about these BT Headsets... It seems Jawbone has software you can download to enable additional features, such as a2dp...
