Installed "Beautiful Widgets" but it's not on the phone at all! wtheck.

This thread is now about me desperately trying to find the "Airport Skin" for Beautiful Widgets and how to install it to my device. Any advice/suggestions/help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

So I just installed the Beautful Widgets app and all it does is tell me to ong press on home screen, go to widgets and select form the list...but there isn't a list anywhere! There isn't even a shortcut little square icon app that I can put on the homescreen. The only way I can even get to the app that tells me the directions is to go to the marketplace, search for it, and then hit open. And then it just brings up the instructions again! what in the heck!

Anyone have this on their phone and working? I don't want to uninstall and refund, I'd like to just try installing again. sigh. any advice?

On the evo to get to the widgets you click on the plus next to Phone on the homescreen.

EDIT: Okay well after I shut off the phone and turned it back on they're now there. They are under both the list with the "+" and the long press route. Thanks for helping anyways though!

Isn't that the same as long pressing, then selecting widgets from there? Shouldn't it be the same list? I just uninstalled and refunded, then re-installed and nothing, then I shut it off. It's restarting now, I'll try the "+" button this time.

No you're right its' the same thing. I forgot Sense Ui let you long press too. I have no open spaces on my first 3 screens so forgot to try it on an empty space.

Glad you got it. Some of the coolest clocks and stuff in my opinion!

Really? I'm slightly disappointed. On the pictures from the Marketplace I saw this really cool Black Retro Flip clock and as far as I can tell I can't get to it. I can only change the font of the numbers on the digital clock...

Yeah, I just checked and the "Download Skins" tab only has 21 skins and they all have really low download numbers and aren't that great at all.

Anyone know how I can actually browse the skins?

Or long press on the homescreen like OP said...

OP, it should be in the widgets..infact it should have added numerous widgets in there....

There are alot more skins than the ones in the list on the app itself.... I think they got a letter from HTC saying they can't put the ones that look like Sense UI's flipclock on the app anymore....so you need to look other places for skins...

It's pretty much that, but the colors inverted.

I found this one on their page under "Featured Skins", yet I STILL can't find it for the life of me. All the featured skins on their page are only images of the skins. Blah!
