Well it would be easier to diagnose via Chat, but i think first step you should do it run the file here:
ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Titan/Users/Im...tan_exitbl.rar

after that if it still doesn't boot flash a FULL stock rom (from it's exe) and try again.
